A significant blaze that tore its approach by means of a former Scots care house is being handled as deliberate, police have confirmed.
Close by residents of Frank Downie Home in Clydebank had been evacuated from their houses at 9.30pm on Saturday August 6 because the inferno ripped its approach by means of the derelict constructing.
