Lee is alleged to have mouthed off on the cabin workers after being denied booze and refused to sit down again down in his seat.
The incident reportedly disrupted the flight by 20 minutes, writes The Mirror. A Met Police spokesman informed Mirror On-line: "At round 1640hrs on Sunday, 31 July, officers met a flight that had arrived at London Metropolis Airport from Glasgow.
"A 39-year-old man was arrested for a public order offence. He was taken into custody at an east London police station and was launched underneath investigation the next day." Lee's representatives declined to remark when contacted.
