A person will stand trial accused of murdering his pregnant spouse by pushing her off a hill. Kashif Anwar, 28, allegedly attacked Fawziyah Javed, 31, at Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh on September 2, 2021.
The cost states that he "pushed her from top and brought about her to fall." It's claimed Miss Javed suffered a number of blunt drive trauma accidents and was so severely injured that she died.
The allegations go on to state that as a consequence Anwar brought about the loss of life of her unborn baby It's claimed that he had earlier malice and unwell will in the direction of her.
Anwar faces a second cost of behaving in a threatening or abusive method in the direction of her on September 1, 2021 at a Marriott resort in Edinburgh. It's alleged that Anwar repeatedly shouted at her.
