A person who threatened to "paste" a resident up and down the road throughout a row about loud music has been jailed.

Steven Glenn, 30, had initially apologised to the person, Elijah Murphy, for sounds of shouting and "extreme music" coming from a flat in Bo'ness, West Lothian, the place Glenn was current.
