A Scots great-grandmother has been left 'devastated' after she was detained and 'handled like a legal' in a Spanish airport.

Sharon Dempsey misplaced her passport on a British Airways flight from Glasgow Worldwide to Alicante on Saturday morning.

The 65-year-old was sure for two-weeks in Benidorm along with her brother, Thomas Donnelly.
