Oasis star Noel Gallagher was left coated in blood after being headbutted by Man Metropolis's Rúben Dias' dad following Premier League title celebrations on Sunday.
The singer, 54, has revealed he required stitches after the match in opposition to Aston Villa at The Etihad stadium in Manchester.
