A person has been arrested after an 18-year-old lady was allegedly sexually assaulted in Glasgow's West Finish.
Police responded to reviews of the alleged intercourse assault near Ashton Lane within the Hillhead space of the town on Saturday, April 16.
Officers locked down an space of the favored avenue, near Byres Highway, on Sunday as they launched an investigation.
Cops have confirmed that a 30-year-old man has since been arrested in connection.
He has been launched pending additional enquiries.
Police Scotland's probe into the alleged incident stays ongoing.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland mentioned: “Officers obtained a report of the sexual assault of an 18-year-old lady which occurred on Saturday, April 16, close to to Ashton Lane, Glasgow.
“A 30-year-old man has been arrested in reference to the incident and launch pending additional enquiries.
"Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”
