Brave Scots girl with cancer who went viral in lockdown now in remission

A courageous woman battling most cancers, who went viral after kissing her dad by way of a window in lockdown whereas she was isolating, is now in remission.

Little Mila Sneddon, from Falkirk, captured the nation's hearts at the beginning of the pandemic when her heartfelt second with dad Scott was shared broadly.

After an extended seven weeks aside throughout coronavirus, the pair had been lastly reunited because the unbelievable second was caught on digicam - and has been included in Kate Middleton's e-book Maintain Nonetheless.

The five-year-old has since met the Princess as they loved a tea at Holyrood Home in March 2021.

She additionally appeared on ITV's Lorraine final 12 months to discuss the household's Scoot in September marketing campaign, which aimed to boost consciousness of blood most cancers in kids.

Mum Lynda has now revealed some excellent news on Twitter as she introduced that Mila was now in remission.

She mentioned: “Scott, Jodi, Mila and I are fully ecstatic this night, Mila’s bone marrow has proven there isn't any leukaemia, she is now in remission.

“Carry on the bell ringing on the thirty first March when she completes her therapy.

“Thanks all on your love and help.”
