Each the general public and Catholic college boards in Peel Area mentioned in-person studying will resume on Wednesday, Jan. 19.
On Tuesday night time, the Peel District College Board and Dufferin-Peel Catholic District College Board mentioned faculties will re-open following two days of closures.
Colleges have been closed to college students and employees on Monday because of the snow storm and blizzard that struck southern Ontario whereas the closures have been prolonged into Tuesday because of the aftermath of the storm.
This got here after two weeks of digital studying following the vacation break because the province closed faculties as a consequence of an increase in COVID-19 circumstances and out of concern over the Omicron variant.
