Sports World Reacts To Erin Andrews’ Honest Admission

FOX NFL reporter Erin Andrews on the field.

Longtime sports reporter Erin Andrews certainly has a lot of experience being in the gym, both professionally and personally.

Earlier this week, Andrews has a brutally honest admission on one of her biggest gym day pet peeves. It’s one that most sports fans will likely agree with.

Stop grunting in the gym.

“I got off my treadmill and wanted to look to see who he was riding that would make him create these disgusting noises because none of my peloton instructors do that. He didn’t even have it on,” Andrews said on the latest episode of her podcast.

Andrews co-hosts Calm Down with Erin and Charissa.

“No one needs to hear your noises at the gym!!!!” she said.

Sports fans seem to be in agreement, though they have some questions, too.

“Appreciate what you are saying. So how about those tennis players that holler when they hit the ball. How’s that different??” one fan asked.

“This is why I quit going to public gyms, when I was severely overweight it was a struggle and I grunted and I would get those same disgusting looks from people shamed me right out of the gym, lost the weight at home on my own,” another fan admitted.

“I expect this from young children, not grown men,” one fan added.

Maybe grunting on occasion is acceptable at the gym if you’re really exhausted or lifting a ton of weight, but for the most part, keep the noises to yourself.
