It’s been a tough afternoon for the Ravens in Cleveland.
Baltimore is trailing Cleveland, 24-6, on Sunday afternoon. Now, the Ravens have officially lost their starting quarterback for the day (and potentially longer).
The Ravens announced on Sunday afternoon that Lamar Jackson has been ruled OUT for the remainder of the contest.
Jackson suffered an ankle injury in the first half. He had to be carted off the field and into the locker room. Now, he won’t return.
QB Lamar Jackson (ankle) has been ruled out for the rest of the game.

It’s been a brutal season for the Ravens when it comes to injuries. This latest injury is obviously crushing.
Hopefully it’s nothing too serious, or Baltimore could really be in trouble.
So unfair. Prayers up to the kid https://t.co/DjllUXunXa

Well I'm done with the NFL for the year. People keep getting injured randomly non-stop so more time for gaming & movies. https://t.co/YAGPRiB0o3

The Ravens are 8-4 on the season, so they have a little bit of breathing room when it comes to the playoff race. However, they obviously can’t afford to lose Jackson for more than a game or two.
Stay tuned for more updates on Jackson’s status.
The Ravens should have more following the game.
