A 22-year-old lady who tragically died after being hit by a police automobile on Christmas Eve has been described as a cherished daughter by her heartbroken household. Rachael Louise Moore died on Saturday December 24, after being hit by the emergency car in Liverpool.
Emergency companies rushed to the scene on Sheil Street within the metropolis round 8.10pm however sadly Rachael couldn't be saved and was pronounced useless. Rachael's household has now paid tribute to her and mentioned she shall be “vastly missed”.
In an announcement issued via Merseyside Police, they mentioned: “Rachael Louise Moore aged 22, cherished daughter of Alison and Ian, sister to Ben and much-loved granddaughter of Nana Sue.
"Accomplice to Jack and caring buddy to many. She shall be vastly missed by all these whose lives she touched. The household requests their privateness be revered at this devastating time.”
As reported in Hull Reside, the Impartial Workplace for Police Conduct (IOPC) has been knowledgeable of the incident and attended the scene. Detective Sergeant Kurt Timpson, from the Critical Collision Investigation Unit, mentioned: “Our honest ideas and condolences are with Rachael’s household who've been left devastated by this tragic incident.
