Keir Starmer has slammed Rishi Sunak over his choice to nominate "pathetic bully" Gavin Williamson to his Cupboard.
The Labour Occasion chief probed the Prime Minister after Williamson resigned on Tuesday night following various bullying allegations.
Sunak has mentioned it's "completely proper" the Minister with out Portfolio resigned and that he didn't find out about "any of the particular issues" regarding his conduct as Secretary of State or chief whip.
Former chief whip Wendy Morton had reported expletive-laden messages Williamson despatched to her as he complained about being refused an invite to the Queen's funeral.
It then emerged he had been accused of bullying by a former official on the Ministry of Defence and engaged in "unethical and immoral" behaviour whereas he was chief whip.
Starmer requested Sunak at PMQs: "The member for South Staffordshire (Sir Gavin Williamson) advised a civil servant to slit their throat. How does the Prime Minister assume the sufferer of that bullying felt when he expressed nice unhappiness at his resignation?"
Rishi Sunak replied: "Unequivocally, the behaviour complained of was unacceptable and it's completely proper, it's completely proper, that the correct honourable gentleman has resigned.
