A intercourse attacker who first struck when he was 14 has lastly been jailed 26 years later.
Lee Duncan, 41, was locked up for six years after being discovered responsible by a jury of attacking an eight-year-old woman.
He was discovered responsible on the Excessive Courtroom in Dundee of three prices of sexual offending involving two youngsters between 1996 and 2002.
Sentencing him, choose Girl Wade stated: “Probably the most severe [offence] concerned a woman who was eight or 9 and also you had been 14 or 15. You continued to abuse her till 2002.
“Your offending has had a profound impact on them.”
David Moggach, defending, stated Duncan, of Aberchirder, Banffshire, continued to disclaim guilt.
