A lacking OAP who suffers from dementia and was final seen close to a Scots petrol station in the course of the night time has been traced.
William Rodgers, 86, was final noticed on Glasgow Avenue in Ardrossan, North Ayrshire, at round 2.40am on Thursday, October 27.
The pensioner's household had been very involved for his welfare and police appealed for data.
Officers requested locals to test any personal CCTV and outhouses for any indicators of William.
Nonetheless, in a while Thursday morning cops confirmed the pensioner had fortunately been traced.
A Police Scotland spokesperson stated: "We will affirm that William Rodgers, 86, who was reported lacking from Ardrossan, has been traced.
"Thanks to everybody who shared our earlier enchantment."
