A girl has been charged in reference to a crash on the M8 final 12 months that resulted within the demise of a 14-year-old lady.
The incident occurred on Sunday, October 17 final 12 months on the M8 westbound, close to to junction 4A for Whitburn and concerned a brown Ford Focus and a black Volkswagen Golf.
Following the collision, a 14-year-old lady, who was a passenger within the Ford Focus, was taken to hospital the place she died on Sunday, October 24.
Police confirmed a 38-year-old girl has been charged in reference to alleged highway visitors offences following a deadly highway collision final 12 months.
