Trees from Platinum Jubilee sculpture to be planted across UK in honour of Queen

The 350 saplings made up the Tree of Bushes, a 69ft sculpture put in exterior Buckingham Palace in June to mark the monarch’s seven many years on the throne.

The scheme coincides with the planting season and can run from October to March, with the primary tree being offered on Monday on the Royal Chelsea Hospital.

Twenty organisations from throughout the UK, together with a Scottish meals financial institution and Welsh anti-pollution group, shall be given a sapling in a pot embossed with the Queen’s cypher.
