Man accused of murdering nine-year-old Olivia remanded in custody

The person accused of the homicide of nine-year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbel has been remanded in custody.

Thomas Cashman, 34, appeared at Liverpool Crown Court docket on Monday afternoon after his case was despatched from the magistrates’ court docket within the morning.

Olivia was fatally shot by a gunman who chased convicted burglar Joseph Nee into her residence in Dovecot on August 22.

Thomas Keaney, representing Cashman, made no software for bail.

Russell, 40, of Snowberry Street, West Derby, is alleged to have assisted Cashman by driving him away from the scene and disposing of clothes, the court docket heard.
