April Banbury who married George Roberts on E4 present Married At First Sight has damaged her silence following his arrest. The 40-year-old was arrested final Thursday on suspicion of controlling and coercive behaviour after three of his ex-girlfriends alleged that he was an 'emotional abuser', writes The Mirror.

The dad-of-four is going through a police investigation over the allegations of harassment and coercive management. A spokesperson for Met Police stated: "A 40-year-old man was arrested by Met officers in Worcestershire on Thursday, September 29, on suspicion of controlling and coercive behaviour.

"He was taken to a Worcestershire police station and subsequently bailed to return pending additional enquiries. This follows an allegation of controlling and coercive behaviour and harassment reported to the Met on Monday, September 26."

Monetary adviser George has denied any wrongdoing and has been bailed by Scotland Yard. George wed former Miss Nice Britain April on the favored E4 present after his three exes made complaints of his alleged emotional abuse to the police.

George's three ex-girlfriends made unbiased complaints to police about his alleged 'obsessive', 'manipulative' and 'abusive' behaviour, in line with The Solar. The three ladies have been allegedly left 'horrified' after seeing George in trailers for the present sequence of the E4 match-making present. After elevating their considerations with police, the three ladies declare their worries have been ignored by officers and Channel 4.

A spokesperson for Roberts stated final week: “George categorically denies these allegations. In the meantime, Channel 4, which runs E4, claimed rigorous checks have been made on the contestants and 'any allegations of this nature are taken extraordinarily significantly'.
