Lanarkshire motorists are being suggested of quite a few highway closures which can have an effect on site visitors subsequent week.

Section 2 – The M73 northbound carriageway between Junction 1 Maryville and Junction 2 Baillieston will likely be closed in a single day for nights nights, as detailed under:
- Tuesday, October 25 (one evening) - between 12am to 6am the next day.
- Wednesday, October 26 to Thursday, October 27 (two nights) – between 8pm to 6am the next day.
Because of this, the next slip roads and hyperlink highway may even be closed:
- M74 northbound hyperlink highway to M73 northbound at Junction 4 Maryville
- M74 southbound hyperlink highway to M73 northbound at Junction 4 Maryville
- M73 northbound on slip highway from Daldowie
- M73 northbound hyperlink highway to M8 westbound at Junction 2 Baillieston
- M73 northbound Junction 2 Baillieston off slip highway for Baillieston roundabout
