Falkirk council agree sale of Bonnybridge site to help local company expand

Falkirk Council has agreed to promote a chunk of floor in Bonnybridge to permit an area firm to increase. The three,796 sq. metres of land within the nook of Murnin Street Industrial Property is being offered to Auto Physician Restricted, which is at the moment based mostly in close by Bridge Avenue.

The storage approached the council to amass the piece of floor on the sting of the commercial property. Members of Falkirk Council's govt heard this week that purchasing the land would enable Auto Physician Restricted to maneuver from its present location and safe the way forward for the corporate.

Councillors had been advised that the sale will present native jobs as the corporate intends to develop a unit of roughly 550 sq. metres for themselves and create further items that may be accessible to lease.

The District Valuer mentioned that £110,000 was an applicable value and this has been agreed in precept. The sale was unanimously agreed by Falkirk Council's govt.
