Craig Telfer later protested to law enforcement officials that he would “by no means dream of injuring children”.
Telfer, 42, previously of Newmains, appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court docket this week.
He admitted sending pictures and messages of a sexual nature to an grownup he thought was a baby in November 2020.

Sheriff Thomas Millar deferred sentence on Telfer, now of Easterhouse, Glasgow, till subsequent month for background studies and a threat evaluation.
He had his bail continued and was positioned on the intercourse offenders’ register.
