An investigation has been launched by gardai in Co Louth into an incident which left an toddler in a important situation.
In an announcement, Gardai stated they have been investigating “all of the circumstances” which led to an toddler being admitted to Youngsters’s Well being Eire at Temple Road, Dublin.
The toddler was admitted to hospital on Tuesday, and is “presently in a important situation”, Gardai stated.
