Falkirk visitor centre gets early licence to help tourists buy Kelpie souvenirs

The Helix Customer Centre in Falkirk has been given permission to promote alcohol from 10am day by day to assist tourism.

Members of Falkirk Council 's licensing board agreed the change after listening to it was to permit vacationers to purchase souvenirs that comprise alcohol.
