A dopey Scots driver crashed his pal’s new BMW right into a parked van whereas displaying off with a sequence of wheel spins.

Ms Koren stated witnesses heard the black BMW’s engine “revving loudly” and noticed it “performing wheel spins and driving up and down the road”.

The prosecutor stated Bain “misplaced management subsequent to a grass verge” and collided with a Ford Transit van.

The courtroom heard the van was shunted ahead and got here to relaxation beside a backyard fence.

Ms Koren stated: “Each driver and passenger ran from the car.”
