A person has died after being discovered critically injured in a Scots city.
Police launched a probe into the sudden loss of life on South Avenue in Greenock at round 1.10pm on Sunday, August 28.
Cops have been referred to as to studies of a 57-year-old man combating for his life at a property on the road. He later died.
Photos taken from the scene on Friday, September 2, confirmed forensic officers combing the scene.
Police say their enquiries into the loss of life, which they're treating as unexplained, stay ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson mentioned: “Officers have been referred to as to studies of a person critically injured at a property on South Avenue, Greenock at round 1.10pm on Sunday, August 28, 2022.
“The loss of life is being handled as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.”
