A 20-year-old man has been charged with firearm offences after a report of photographs being fired at a pub in Co Tyrone.
He is charged with possession of a firearm or ammunition with intent to hazard life or property and aiding offenders and is because of seem earlier than Dungannon Magistrates’ Courtroom on Monday.
The 20-year-old was arrested on Sunday.
Detective Inspector Bell mentioned at round 2.30am on Sunday, August 28, it was reported that two photographs had been fired within the Important Road space of Ballygawley - one within the air and one other in direction of the window of a licensed premises.
