A person has been charged in reference to a highway crash that killed a 23-year-old mum final 12 months.
Mum-of-one Rebecca Sivyer died after a blue Vauxhall Corsa she was a passenger in left the highway on the A94 between Coupar Angus and Forfar, close to Ardler, on Sunday August 22 2021. Rebecca, from Perth, was pronounced useless on the scene of the crash whereas the driving force, who was 29 on the time, was rushed to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee with critical accidents.
Police confirmed a 30-year-old man has now been charged in reference to the crash.
Friends of Rebecca remembered her on the primary anniversary of her demise final week. Mum Wendy Ghekis requested family members to pick out a photograph of Rebecca as their profile image on social media by the use of tribute.

A Police Scotland spokesperson mentioned: “Following a deadly highway crash on the A94, Coupar Angus to Forfar highway, close to Ardler on 22 August, 2021, a 30-year-old man has been charged in reference to this crash and a report was forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal."
The person is anticipated to look in courtroom at a later date.
