Firefighters from the Northern Eire Hearth and Rescue Service are presently in attendance at a hearth in a derelict home in Bangor.
The incident is reported to have began at round 4pm and crews are presently tackling the blaze utilizing an aerial equipment.
It's understood the blaze on Prospect Street occurred at a property which has been derelict for round 12 years.
