A canine has been returned to its homeowners virtually 5 months after it was allegedly stolen from their house on the north coast of Scotland.
The Collie was allegedly nicked from a house in Wick, Caithness, in March, and was recovered by officers after a routine site visitors cease in Milnathort, close to Kinross, on Monday, August 8 - round 230 miles away.
A 66-year-old man has now been charged in reference to the alleged theft, together with alleged highway offences. A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
