A Scottish pensioner reported lacking greater than a month in the past has been traced by police, officers introduced this morning.
Patrick Harvey, 69, was reported lacking from the Kilsyth space of North Lanarkshire on Saturday, July 2.
Patrick had final been seen about 10pm in Glasgow, and it was believed that he boarded a practice from Central Station to Blackpool, Lancashire, round 9.30am the next day.
It was reportedly out of character for him to be away from residence for a protracted time period and the person's relations had been growingly more and more involved.
However police mentioned in the present day: "Patrick Harvey, 69, who had been lacking from Kilsyth since Saturday, July 2, has been traced protected and nicely. Thanks in your help with our appeals."
The general public had been eager to share their well-wishes to Patrick and his household following him being traced.
One particular person mentioned: "Wow, wonderful information! What a aid for his household." One other wrote: "That's wonderful information to listen to after such a very long time, thank god."
