A person has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a bus in Glasgow this afternoon.
Emergency providers rushed to the Midland Avenue space round 1.55pm following the incident as officers shortly closed the street to site visitors.
The male pedestrian has been taken to hospital for therapy and emergency providers stay on the scene.
Midland Avenue is at the moment closed between Jamaica Avenue and Oswald Avenue. Motorists are being requested to keep away from the realm and use an alternate route.
A Police Scotland spokesperson mentioned: “Round 1.55pm on Saturday, 20 August, 2022, police had been known as to the Midland Avenue space of Glasgow, following a report of a crash involving a bus and a male pedestrian.
"The pedestrian was taken to hospital for therapy and emergency providers stay on the scene.
“Midland Avenue is at the moment closed between Jamaica Avenue and Oswald Avenue and motorists are requested to make use of various routes presently.”
