A person has been airlifted to hospital after a three-car crash on the A9.
Emergency providers had been referred to as at round 1.35pm on Friday, August 26, to studies of a severe smash involving a number of automobiles.
Police Scotland have confirmed the highway visitors incident occurred on the A9 on the A889 junction close to Dalwhinnie.
One man was significantly injured and needed to be flown by air ambulance to hospital.

A Police Scotland spokesperson mentioned: “Emergency providers are in attendance following a three-vehicle crash on the A9 on the A889 junction close to Dalwhinnie which was reported round 1.35pm on Friday, 26 August, 2022.
“One man has been taken to hospital by air ambulance and one lady is receiving therapy on the scene.
“The highway is closed in each instructions and native diversions are in place for automobiles as much as 3.5 tonnes.”
