John Rankin reckons new signing Jean-Pierre Tiehi has already proven he'll trigger issues within the Championship this season after his 17 minute cameo throughout Saturday's 1-1 draw with Partick Thistle.
The Frenchman made his debut for Accies 24 hours after the Fulham loanee was unveiled by the membership as Rankin's newest addition at New Douglas Park.
He got here on as a 73rd minute substitute for fellow striker Jonny Ngandu and Rankin says has already seen constructive glimpses of what Tiehi will provide.
He stated: "Jean-Pierre got here in on Friday and educated that morning so it was simply ready on the clearance, which got here by way of on Saturday morning.
"It was a case of giving him a wee little bit of time to see what we're all about.
"And I used to be happy with him.

"However I am delighted to get him in. He provides one other dimension to us.

Accies are set o add to their squad additional this week, with Rankin hopeful of a further three gamers becoming a member of his squad forward of Saturday's Championship conflict away to Ayr United.
