Fb confirmed it's engaged on fixing issues with its newsfeed after customers complained about feeds overrun by posts from strangers directed at movie star accounts.
The glitch has led to greater than 2,500 complaints on Downdetector when customers started reporting the difficulty round 6:30am on Wednesday morning. The social media big has issued a press release promising to revive newsfeeds 'again to regular' as quickly as potential.
"We're conscious that some persons are having bother with their Fb feed. We're working to get issues again to regular as rapidly as potential and we apologise for any inconvenience," stated a spokesperson for Meta, Fb's guardian firm.
Affected customers have been taken to Twitter to share their confusion and verify if others are having the identical concern, KentLive reported, inflicting the time period "my Fb" to begin trending on the social media web site.
