20th Kirkcudbright Art and Crafts Trail proves to be a huge success

The twentieth Kirkcudbright Artwork and Crafts Path was an enormous success over the weekend.

1000's of individuals flocked to the city to discover greater than 100 completely different venues providing all types of artwork types to get pleasure from.

Organiser Colin Saul mentioned: “It was unbelievable. Lots of people have mentioned it was one of the best ever.

“We had a variety of regulars and in addition a variety of new individuals and so they all loved it. Folks had been getting concerned with our installations and it was simply fabulous.

“I couldn’t do it alone. There are a variety of helpers. It's arduous work however so rewarding.”

This was the primary artwork and crafts path since Colin’s spouse, Pauline, handed away in December.

He added: “Lots of people knew her and wished to speak about her. It was a bit unhappy at instances however she wished it to proceed.”
