Gio van Bronckhorst’s long-time assistant Jean-Paul van Gastel says he needs to work with the Rangers boss once more sooner or later. The Dutch coach was provided the position as Ibrox No.2 when van Bronckhorst took over from Steven Gerrard final November.
However van Gastel took the powerful resolution to knock again the job in Glasgow and keep on as head coach at Chinese language membership Guangzhou Metropolis. The previous Holland midfielder wasn’t shocked to see his shut good friend reaching success at Gers final season as they reached the Europa League Ultimate in Seville.
And he’s adamant that someday – whether or not it’s at Rangers or elsewhere – they’ll be reunited within the dugout. In an unique interview, van Gastel stated: “Do I believe we'll work collectively once more sooner or later? Oh for positive.
“We’ve been collectively for a very long time and we communicate. With out talking, we all know from one another what we've got to do.
“I believe for positive there shall be a time sooner or later the place we'll work collectively once more.”
