Police have raced to a rammy exterior a Scots pub amid stories of an individual being "bottled". The alleged assault occurred exterior the Black Rose Tavern in Edinburgh at round 7.25pm on Friday, July 1.
One eyewitness on the scene instructed Edinburgh Reside they noticed a "massive combat" exterior the pub which resulted in somebody being "bottled". One image taken from the scene present police parked on Rose Avenue and extra automobiles on Hanover Avenue to cope with the disturbance in one of many metropolis's busiest areas.
One other picture reveals officers strolling again in direction of the scene.
The shocked onlooker stated: "It was all kicking off exterior the Black Rose Tavern. One man tried to seize a wine bottle off an outside desk and bottled somebody, the police quickly turned up and ended up chasing individuals down the road."
A Police Scotland spokesperson stated: “Officers have been known as to stories of a disturbance at a premises on Rose Avenue, Edinburgh at round 7.25pm on Friday, July 1.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
