Police have seized a haul of air rifles after finishing up a raid at a property in Fife. After receiving intelligence about alleged firearms offences, officers executed a warrant at a home close to Carslogie Highway in Cupar on Thursday, July 7.
Not less than three weapons had been recovered together with a RTI Priest MK2 multi shot air rifle and a Daystate MK3 rifle. Police Scotland have confirmed that a 73-year-old man has been charged in connection.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A pressure spokesperson mentioned: "On Thursday, 7 July, neighborhood cops appearing on warrant searched a home close to to Carslogie Highway in Cupar.
“Air weapons had been recovered and a 73-year-old man was charged and reported to the Procurator Fiscal."
