Man rushed to hospital after early morning disturbance at Lanarkshire house

A person was rushed to hospital following a disturbance at a Lanarkshire home this morning.

Emergency companies raced to Gartcraig Road, Coatbridge after reviews of an incident at round 11.15am.

Cops confirmed a 28-year-old man was taken to hospital.

His situation is at present unknown.

An investigation has been launched to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson mentioned: “Officers have been referred to as to reviews of a disturbance at a property on Gartcraig Road, Coatbridge at round 11.15am on Sunday, 10 July, 2022.

“Emergency companies attended and a 28-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth College Hospital.

“Enquiries are ongoing to ascertain the complete circumstances.”
