South Ayrshire Council has pulled a key a part of its native improvement plan paperwork after it did not seek the advice of on modifications to draft steerage.
In March, the council permitted a draft Native Improvement Plan 2 which offers overarching steerage on using land inside South Ayrshire’s cities and villages.
It permitted supplementary steerage on design and housing land provide, all of which was submitted to the Scottish Authorities in April.
Nonetheless, it was revealed that, following session in 2019, there have been modifications made to the steerage on design for the South East Ayr masterplan.

Officers will now work with landowners and stakeholders to develop a revised design temporary for South East Ayr, with a view to bringing it earlier than council in October.
