Linda Condie had been in coaching to climb Tinto Hill for the Les Hoey MBE DreamMaker Basis and together with daughters, nine-year-old Eryn and Ellie, 14, a few of Linda’s childminding kids got here alongside in a bid to succeed in the highest.

Linda advised Lanarkshire Reside : “The climb itself was grim, there’s no different option to describe it.
“It was blowing a gale and it was pouring with rain.
“There was a doubt that we'd truly get to the highest. After we finally bought up there there was no ready round and having fun with the views as a result of there was none.
“We didn’t even cease for a sandwich and a drink, we simply went up and straight again down.”
Because of their efforts, Linda and her group raised a whopping £805 for the DreamMaker Basis.
And Linda was capable of current DreamMaker co-ordinator Angela Cook dinner with a bumper cheque on the charity’s Wishaw base.
The cash will assist the charity make children with life-limiting diseases make their goals come true.
Linda added: “We have been over the moon to boost such an enormous quantity, my authentic goal was solely £300.
“Les and the group do such an incredible job, I don’t understand how he manages it.
“He should be working 24 hours a day.”
DreamMaker co-ordinator Angela Cook dinner mentioned: “We're overwhelmed by the overall Linda and the children raised particularly with the climate that they had for his or her climb.
“We now have tons developing for our wee DreamMakers and this donation will enable us to take action a lot.”
