Kate Ferdinand has introduced the tragic information that she suffered a miscarriage and needed to have surgical procedure following her 12-week scan. The previous TOWIE star wrote that she was "completely devastated and heartbroken" in an Instagram put up on Wednesday night.
She made the heartbreaking announcement with a photograph exhibiting her decrease half in a hospital robe, along with her toes propped up on a mattress. Kate and husband Rio Ferdinand share a one-year-old son referred to as Cree.
"The final time I used to be on this hospital I used to be having Cree, however this time it was as a result of our child had no heartbeat in our 12 week scan and I needed to have surgical procedure," Kate wrote.
"We have been so excited & planning an area for our new child in our household, we simply could not wait to share our information with you all, however sadly generally life simply would not go as we plan."
She continued: "A lot to say, however by some means I am unable to discover the phrases. Completely devastated & heartbroken …however could not be extra grateful for the hugs I bought from my huge(er) infants coming by means of the door once we arrived residence."
