Steph McGuire says ending sixth on the boccia World Cup in Portugal felt like a “huge win” after getting back from a critical damage.
In January, Hamilton man McGuire broke his knee and femur, forcing him to endure main surgical procedure.
The 38-year-old made his return to motion in Povoa earlier this month, and he says that in itself was a victory.
