A doting dad killed himself after an “ambush” disciplinary investigation assembly at work, an inquest heard. Anthony Corrigan died within the Redruth space of Cornwall in September final yr.

Helen stated her husband was “a proud, hardworking and impressive man” and had labored varied jobs – together with one in Switzerland - earlier than in 2019 getting the job as an engineer and provide chain supervisor at Watson-Marlow, a pumps specialist primarily based in Falmouth. She added: “Of all his jobs this was his favorite and he appeared actually joyful.”
