Steve Clarke's son has apologised after branding BBC pundit Tom English "a f*****g fool" within the aftermath of Scotland 's defeat to Eire.
Feelings ran excessive on Saturday evening as Clarke 's facet had been battered 3-0 within the Nations League on the Aviva Stadium.
The Scotland boss has already been compelled to bat away stinging criticism that adopted the devastating World Cup play-off loss to Ukraine earlier this month.

"Scotland's use of the ball has been a joke. Steve Clarke is toiling horribly within the job abruptly."
However that prompted an offended rebuke from John Clarke, who replied: "You are a f*****g fool.
"Who takes the job? Somewhat little bit of realism. Somewhat little bit of respect for the job that is been finished thus far."
A contrite Clarke Jr later apologised to English for the warmth of the second outburst.
He mentioned: "Sorry Tom. I apologise for that final remark. I do know you are simply doing you are job. I am only a bit upset on the end result like all of us."
And that was adopted up with an additional apology, which learn: "Sorry once more @TEnglishSport. Feelings received the higher of me. I do know you are doing all of your job."
English later mentioned he accepted Clarke's apology.
