A Scots girl has been left traumatised after an out-of-control Akita threw her canine round like a rag doll, ripping his neck open in a violent assault.

Karen Waddington was out together with her Staffordshire bull terrier Buster in Hawick, Scottish Borders, final Tuesday when the incident occurred.
