Man's warning after unknown lake creature 'drags three geese to their death'

A person has warned Lake District guests to out of the water in a single space after he noticed three geese being "dragged" to their dying by an unknown creature.

Wayne Owens, who works on Ullswater lake, took to social media to share his expertise and admits he's now too scared to return himself.

The 61-year-old claims to have seen the birds being pulled underneath the water in three separate incidents with animals disappearing "inside seconds", in accordance Liverpool Echo.

Nevertheless, a ranger for the Lake District Nationwide Park Authority stated that they'd not witnessed something untoward after investigating the world.

Wayne informed Lancs Reside : "I used to be on the Steamer and this gray lag goose was taken from the highest of the lake and dragged backwards and it was to not be seen once more. We stored watching and it did not come again up.
