A lady has died nearly every week after 'falling from a shifting automobile' in Dumfries and Galloway.
Michelle Martin, from Moffat, was discovered critically injured on the A701 at St Ann’s on Saturday, June 18.
Emergency providers raced to the scene and she or he was taken to Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary for remedy.
The 48-year-old was pronounced lifeless in hospital final night time.
Police consider Michelle fell from the shifting automobile round 1.45am on Saturday.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Police are persevering with a probe to determine the complete circumstances surrounding Michelle's dying and have requested anybody who might have seen the incident to get in contact with officers.
Detective Inspector Graeme Robertson, of Dumfries CID, mentioned: “Our ideas are with Michelle’s household and associates at this troublesome time.
“Our enquiries are ongoing to determine the complete circumstances and I'd urge anybody with info, who has not but spoken to police, to get in contact.
“Anybody with info ought to contact police Scotland by way of 101, quoting incident quantity 0336 of 18 June.”
