A clean-up is going down in Craigneuk after discarded waste led to a rise within the sightings of rodents.
A letter from the council has been despatched to residents informing them of this week's clean-up, on June 29 and 30, and of the rise in rats noticed in the neighborhood.
The letter states: “You might have observed a rise in waste in some gardens and streets inside your space lately.
